Pittsburgh World War II Memorial Dedication December 6th!

On Friday, December 6, the City of Pittsburgh will dedicate a World War II Memorial. The Memorial is located on the North Side of Pittsburgh between Heinz Field and PNC Park. In order to provide Commission Members the opportunity to attend this dedication in support of our World War II Veterans, the State Veteran’s Commission meeting scheduled for December 6 will be held in Pittsburgh instead of Fort Indiantown Gap. As a result, the Commission will be involved in two events on that day:

Memorial Dedication
Begins at 10:00 AM
Outdoor Ceremony (Dress Appropriately)
Free Parking available at Rivers Casino with free shuttle to Memorial Site
